1976

The law firm is founded by Dr. Günther Kreuzer.

1990

The Dresden office is opened, which lawyer Stefan Kreuzer helped to establish and has managed ever since. Permission is granted by the Council of Ministers of the former GDR.

1993

the law firm joins forces with five other law firms from other European countries to form the ij INTERNATIONAL JURISTS Group. Since then, Dr Günther Kreuzer has been one of the directors of this London-registered network of internationally oriented commercial law firms.

2000

series of events begin in our conference rooms in Nuremberg and Dresden, to which experts from business, administration and politics are invited to discuss current legal and economic topics with our lawyers.

2001

the Nuremberg office of the law firm presents itself in a new building of spacious, modern and transparent interior design.

2002

is a year of expanding our international competence. In the same year, we strengthen our quality management by connecting directly online to the two largest legal information systems in Germany. This enables us to provide our clients with the most up-to-date database within the shortest possible time.

2005

DR KREUZER & COLL joins competence networks operating nationwide. As a commercial law firm, this enables us to offer our clients network contacts, interdisciplinary know-how and cooperation with partners, e.g. from the fields of finance, recruiting, human resources and sales. As their partner, we offer a platform for medium-sized entrepreneurs and specialists with lecture series, information events and network meetings.

2006

marks the expansion of DR KREUZER & COLL's national and international economic relations. The economic partnership between the cities of Nuremberg and Verona is supported by DR KREUZER & COLL as a coordinating office. In addition, the law firm is invited as a participant for international business delegations, e.g. for the cultivation of foreign relations with China. The lawyers of DR KREUZER & COLL regularly publish the "KREUZER RECHTSTIPP", advice and explanations on current legal topics, in newspapers and magazines.

2007

The German-Italian business network Il Salotto e.V., initiated and co-founded by DR KREUZER & COLL, establishes itself. This enables DR KREUZER & COLL to offer its clients useful contacts to business and administration in addition to legal advice on German-Italian legal relations.

2008

DR KREUZER & COLL, as a founding member, takes over the management of the globally active group of lawyers ij INTERNATIONAL JURISTS.

2009

DR KREUZER & COLL underlines its expertise in press law with the series of events mediengespraeche@kreuzer, offering both medium-sized companies and journalists the opportunity to exchange ideas. "Das arbeitsgerichtliche Beschlussverfahren", on collective labour law by Kreuzer/Zickert, is published by R. Boorberg Verlag. Co-authored by lawyer Stefan Kreuzer, it underlines the professional appreciation of DR KREUZER & COLL's labour law know-how by the human resources departments in companies.

2010

DR KREUZER & COLL, in cooperation with Verkehrswacht e. V., continues the development of specialist legal events with the Road Safety Forum.

2011

DR KREUZER & COLL becomes involved in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), co-founding the "Unternehmen Ehrensache" and taking on internal organisational tasks as part of the "carers committee".

DR KREUZER & COLL is listed as a law firm within the scope of the campaign "Beratungsscheck Unternehmensnachfolge" and "Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen" of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

2015

the Honorary Consulate of the Italian Republic is located at DR KREUZER & COLL following the appointment of lawyer Dr Günther Kreuzer as Honorary Consul of the Italian Republic. DR KREUZER & COLL supports German-Italian business relations both from Germany to Italy and from Italy to Germany.

In 2020

the law firm changes its name to DR KREUZER RECHTSANWÄLTE.

2023

The Italian desk is joined to  the international desk for special issues. Italian speaking lawyers take care of German-Italian legal questions together with a paralegal and a jurist, both Italian native speakers.
