In addition to the legal fee rate according to the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG), we also offer you the possibility to agree on economically calculable prices for extrajudicial legal services such as drafting contracts or permanent advice in individual fee agreements with fixed hourly rates and possibly an upper limit for the total amount of work involved.

For legal proceedings, as for all lawyers in Germany, the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG) applies equally.

For any extrajudicial work we also offer time-based fees.

In order to make the fee more calculable for you, we estimate the expected costs and agree on an upper limit with you.
